- Introduction
Welcome to I.T.S. Dispatch Academy, operated by Essence Transportation Inc. (“the Company”,
“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our
website, training programs, online courses, and related services (collectively, “Services”).
By registering, purchasing, or participating in any of our Services, you (“Client”, “Student”, “you”,
or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our Services.
Services Provided
I.T.S. Dispatch Academy provides Online/ Offline education and professional training programs
related to freight dispatching, transportation management, logistics, and related business
development topics.
Services may include:
* Live or Recorded online sessions and webinars
* Pre-recorded course materials
* Downloadable resources and study material
* One-on-one doubt sessions
* Certification or completion acknowledgments
* Sample Resume and Notes
All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute business, legal, or financial
advice.
Eligibility
To enroll in our Services, you must:
* Be at least 16 years old (or have legal guardian consent)
* Have access to a stable internet connection and device suitable for online learning
* Agree to comply with all course and platform rules
Payment Terms
* Payment must be made in full before access to the Services is granted, unless otherwise stated
in a written payment plan agreement.
* All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes.
* We accept payments via secure online methods (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other
listed payment gateways).
* Payment plans (if offered) must be completed as agreed. Late or missed payments may result
in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Cancellations by I.T.S. Dispatch Academy
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course, session, or program due to unforeseen
circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered:* A full or Partial refund, or
* A transfer to another session or course date
Access and Course Materials
* Access to online materials is granted solely to the enrolled student.
* Course materials may not be shared, resold, reproduced, or distributed in any form without
written consent.
* Unauthorized sharing or copying of course content will result in immediate termination of
access without refund and may result in legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to videos, texts, presentations, logos, and designs, are the
intellectual property of Essence Transportation Inc. / I.T.S. Dispatch Academy and are protected
under copyright laws.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, or use materials outside of personal educational purposes
without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and agree that:
I.T.S. Dispatch Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
We make no guarantees of income, employment, or business success resulting from course
completion. We do provide job assistance, but no prioritizing or bribing will be tolerated.
Students are responsible for applying the knowledge gained responsibly and in compliance with
all applicable laws and regulations.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our
website.
Information such as names, email addresses, and payment details are used strictly for course
delivery, communication, and administrative purposes.
Code of Conduct
Students agree to maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions, including during live
sessions and community forums.Any harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program
without refund.
Changes to Terms and Services
I.T.S. Dispatch Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services
indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of
Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Educational License Notice
All software programs, digital tools, platforms, or applications provided by Essence
Transportation Inc., operating as I.T.S. Dispatch Academy (“the Company”) as part of any course,
training, or educational service are educational versions licensed solely for learning and training
purposes.
These tools are made available to students to support skill development and instruction only.
They are not licensed or authorized for commercial, operational, or business use.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
* Refund requests must be submitted in writing to registration@itsdispatch.ca
Refund eligibility is as follows:
* Before 24 hours of registration: 100% refund minus a Registration/ Admin fee of 26% of Total
Course amount .* After 24 Hours of registration or once course material have been accessed ( i.e. recorded
lectures, notes, study material) : No refunds will be issued.
Credit Card Authorization
By submitting your payment information and completing a purchase through our website or
authorized payment portal or payment link, you (“Client”, “Student”, or “Cardholder”) hereby
authorize Essence Transportation Inc., operating as I.T.S. Dispatch Academy (“the Company”) to
charge your credit card, debit card, or other chosen payment method for the total amount of the
selected program, course, or service.
This authorization includes any applicable taxes and fees as displayed at checkout.
You acknowledge and agree that:
* All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
* Payments are handled securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or
equivalent) that comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
* Your card information is not stored by I.T.S. Dispatch Academy directly; it is encrypted and
managed solely by the payment processor.
If your payment fails, you remain responsible for all outstanding amounts and agree to promptly
update your payment method or settle the amount due.
Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
I.T.S. Dispatch Academy maintains strict security measures to detect and prevent payment
fraud.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
* You are the authorized cardholder, or you have obtained legal permission from the cardholder
to use the card.
* All billing information provided is truthful, complete, and accurate.
In cases of suspected or confirmed fraud:
* We reserve the right to immediately suspend access to all Services pending investigation.
* We may request additional identity verification or proof of authorization.
* Evidence of fraudulent transactions will be reported to law enforcement and the card network
(Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
* Any chargebacks initiated without valid grounds (e.g., after course access, beyond refundperiod) may result in permanent account suspension and potential collection or legal action to
recover losses.
All fraudulent payment attempts, including use of stolen cards or false identities, are strictly
prohibited and subject to criminal prosecution under Canadian Criminal Code Section 380
(Fraud) and related laws.
Acceptance of Terms and Binding Agreement
By completing registration, making payment, or signing this agreement (whether electronically
or in writing), you (“Client”, “Student”, or “Participant”) acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be legally bound by all policies and terms contained in this document,
including but not limited to:
* The Terms and Conditions of Service
* The Cancellation and Refund Policy
* The Privacy Policy
* The Credit Card Authorization and Fraudulent Transaction Policy
You further acknowledge that:
* Your act of signing or electronically submitting payment constitutes your legal signature and
agreement under the Ontario Electronic Commerce Act, 2000 (ECA).
* You have had the opportunity to review these policies prior to purchase or enrolment.
* You are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full capacity to do so on behalf of
yourself or the entity you represent.
Once accepted, these Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Essence
Transportation Inc., operating as I.T.S. Dispatch Academy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with enrolment or payment.
